Who are they?

Ideal Air is now Australia’s biggest provider of air conditioning services online, covering all states and almost all suburbs. Ideal Air is renowned for its fast and reliable service nationwide. Whilst a national company, Ideal Air still offers that local tradesman experience with great customer service and people you can rely on.

The Project

Ideal Air needed a fresh look and wanted to provide a sense of local service even though they were a national company. As a service-based business that can be very seasonal, both heating and cooling services needed to be equally prominant, whilst ensuring maximum conversion. As with any trade or service-based website, enquiries are the primary goal; this was no different with Ideal Air and with the new design we aimed to increase the conversions from traffic to enquiry.

The Outcome

Ideal Air now has that new fresh look while still giving that local tradesman experience they provide in their service every day. Using some clever custom development, individual locations now have their own menu structure complete with local phone numbers,thus continuing to give the site that local look. Since the new site’s implementation, conversion rates are up and user engagement contiues to rise.
